A brush jump step. A step of elevation where the straight legs are hit together in the air, either once or twice. If it's done twice by a dancer with good elevation, it surely gets an ovation. Can be done in different directions but effacé front and effacé back are the most popular. A beautiful step. Double cabriole back or derriére.
