A turn step. Sustained in turning. A turn on both feet. The most popular is from fifth, right foot front, extend right foot to effacé front with a little jump to demi-pointe, while doing a quick small rond de jambe inside (en dedans), with the left leg, while placing the left foot in front of the right and turn around on the ground finishing back where you started in fifth. Can be done to second. This is usually done on the diagonal either alone or with a piqué turn in between. This step is also called Assemblé Soutenu en Tournant. Another version is with a dégagé to second with the back leg, close front, en dehor turn on back leg. This step is called Soutenu En Tournant with Dégagé. These are both popular turns. Can be done right or left. Soutenu en Tournant with dégagé right and left.
