Intermediate II
These are steps you learn after the Intermediate I steps. These are steps that really start to get hard. If you have been sloppy in learning your basic steps, you should go back and practice them some more. At this level, you should be ready to work extra on spotting, extension, the nine body positions, better placement, strength, turns and remembering combinations. Also at this level, you should start performing with your school's ballet productions. You could be as young as 12 or 13 years old at this level, or you could be an adult ... depending on your level of training. By the way, all Intermediate II dancers should know all of the pre-ballet, beginning and Intermediate I steps.
